‘India Fights TB’ is an initiative that aims to support TB patients. The government of India is already doing a commendable job in spreading awareness about TB so that more and more patients can get access to preventive and primary care. We aim to accelerate the process and make India a TB-free country soon by informing people.
To help the patients get credible information about TB, the government has provided access to the concerned officers region-wise. The government has assigned officers on different levels who are responsible to resolve queries about the disease. Officers like State TB Officer (STO) are assigned at the state level and a District TB Officer (DTO) is assigned works at the district level. Besides, there are several government-run TB centres across the country.
